THE INSPIRATION
My Grandmother
The inspiration and motivation to help make all people feel beautiful and empowered comes from my beautiful dearly departed Grandmother Mrs. Dorothy Lucille Gary-Swann (Lucy Gray). Her love and support was unlike any other. My grandmother was a proud native american woman from the Piscataway Conoy tribe with hair past her buttocks. As a teen I had a weekly standing hair appointment with her and I would wash, blow dry and style her hair. She would speak so much life into my work, praising me to anyone that would listen. On days when I didn't feel or look my best, she would say "it's nothing alitte red lipstick can't fix" lol. Those words always resonate in me, and I want to continue to bring you all the freshest hairstyles, premium human hair, customized wigs, mink 3D lashes, cosmetics and other beauty accessories!
